To enroll your school or organization in the MBA, complete the new member form below. This form requires online payment in the amount of $900 USD for one year, or $1700 USD for two years by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).

If you prefer to pay via cheque or wire transfer, please complete a membership form (pdf) and send it in per the instructions on the form.

Memberships are school- or organization-wide, not individual, which means all faculty, staff, or employees may access MBA Roundtable information and resources and share in member benefits.  Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership renewal is optional.

Once payment has been received, each school contact will receive an email confirmation and a username and password to access the member portal on the MBA Roundtable website.

By clicking on the "submit" button below, I request that the above- named school become an MBA Roundtable member school. I understand that in keeping with the collaborative nature of the MBA Roundtable, member schools are asked to share their curricular ideas, experiences, and questions with one another through participation in MBAR-sponsored events, surveys, and publications. I understand that member schools are obliged to pay an annual fee. Membership can be renewed annually, with the annual fee subject to change. I understand that the range of services offered by MBAR may change over time as the collective needs of its membership changes. I understand that if in any year my school does not pay its annual membership fee, it will lose its MBAR membership status. My school is under no obligation to continue membership beyond the current year.

For renewing members:
