HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS


Discounted rates of $189.00 per night (excluding taxes and fees) are available to attendees of the MBA Roundtable Symposium at the AT&T EXECUTIVE EDUCATION & CONFERENCE CENTER, located within walking distance of the McCombs School of Business.  As of August 22nd, there was very limited availability of the reserved block of hotel rooms for the symposium.  Alternate recommended hotels are listed below.

PARKING

AT&T Hotel and Conference Center Parking
Parking is available in the underground parking garage at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center.  Guests may either self-park or use the valet located at the University Avenue entrance.  The self-park entrance to the garage is located on 20th Street, on the north side of the hotel.  Please take your parking ticket with you to the hotel check-in table.  Garage height clearance is 7'2" and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.  For valet parking, the fees are $28 plus tax for overnight parking or a day fee of $18.   Self-parking hotel guests pay an hourly rate and overnight hotel guests may obtain a parking card at the front desk for $18 per night.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage will be provided but the MBA Roundtable and the University of Texas at Austin does not assume liability for lost, stolen or damaged luggage. 
 
ATTIRE

Business casual is the recommended attire for the MBA Roundtable Symposium.


SYMPOSIUM CANCELLATIONS

Requests for refunds must be submitted via email at info@mbaroundtable.org on the following schedule:

October 24, 2018 or before: Full refund.
After October 24, 2018: Refunds will not be granted after this date.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for a refund.  Transfer of registration to another colleague at your institution is allowed, please email info@mbaroundtable.org for assistance.
