Campus Transportation
  • All MBA Roundtable events are within walking distance of your hotel.
  • Van transportation is available for those with physical limitations.
  • UGA buses are free for all visitors. Bus routes may be found here. To tour campus, the North/South, East/West, or Orbit bus routes are recommended.
Transportation between Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (ATL) and Athens
  • With sufficient passengers, UGA will provide bus transportation at the end of the Symposium to the Atlanta International Airport, departing Athens at 3:00 PM, Friday, October 29. If you would like to avail this service, please indicate your preference and provide your return flight information when responding to the additional questions when registering for the Symposium.  If your plans change after registration, please email info@mbaroundtable.org.
  • Car rentals from the Atlanta airport are available from a wide variety of providers. Reservations are highly recommended.
  • Groome Transportation (book online) provides round-trip, hourly shuttle services seven days a week. A one-way fare with two pieces of luggage is $41. Local Office: (706) 612-1155

All Symposium events will be held on campus at the University of Georgia Special Collections Library and the Terry College of Business’s Business Learning Community. Visit the Symposium Agenda for the latest agenda and room information.  

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage will be provided. Neither the MBA Roundtable nor the University of Georgia assumes liability for lost, stolen or damaged luggage.
Business casual is the recommended attire for the MBA Roundtable Symposium.
The University of Georgia provides free wifi services to all visitors. You may request access through “UGA Visitors Wifi” or “Welcome to UGA.” You will be prompted to agree to a statement from the University of Georgia. After you click “I Agree,” you will be connected. If you are unable to connect for any reason, please see one of our staff members.

You must be logged in with your MBA Roundtable member credentials to be eligible for the member rate.  You can join the MBA Roundtable or renew your membership directly through the symposium registration page.

Registration Rates (In-Person & Virtual):
  • MBAR Member Symposium Rate - $500 USD
  • MBAR Non-Member Symposium Rate - $700 USD
  • Pre-Symposium Workshop MBAR Member Rate - $250
  • Pre-Symposium Workshop Non-MBAR Member Rate - $350

To register click on the appropriate buttons on the right of the registration page. You must be logged in with your MBA Roundtable member credentials to be eligible for the member rate.  

Symposium/Workshop Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the in-person symposium or workshop, we can easily transfer your registration to virtual attendance.  Transfer of registration to another colleague at your institution is also allowed, please email info@mbaroundtable.org for assistance.  Please notify the MBA Roundtable as soon as possible to update your registration.

Requests for refunds must be submitted via email at info@mbaroundtable.org on the following schedule:
  • October 8, 2021 or before: Full refund.
  • After October 8, 2021: Refunds will not be granted after this date.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a refund.
