While perennially important, the demand for formally incorporating ethics in an MBA program is increasing – by accrediting agencies, by society in general, and by MBA students. What it means to incorporate ethics, however, is both ambiguous and vague. Join us for a discussion on how to pragmatically approach ethics in your MBA program, which will include setting specific goals that build off compliance-based, values-oriented, and leadership approaches to organizational ethics. In addition to student-centered efforts, the importance of staff, faculty, and administrative buy-in for building and sustaining an ethical culture across your program will be highlighted.
